Everyone is licensed for their trade, background-checked, and covered by both liability and workers' compensation insurance. We send you the certificates before work begins, and we're happy for you to verify any licence number directly with the issuing body.

Our own written warranty covers the workmanship, and every product carries its manufacturer warranty on top. We register those for you and put all the paperwork in a handover pack at the end. If something goes wrong, one call to your project manager gets it sorted.

We walk the whole job with you and write down anything you're not happy with, then fix it before we invoice the final stage. You get a handover pack with warranties, care instructions and permit copies, and we check in again a few weeks later to make sure everything is still performing.

We do. There are seasonal plans for roofs, gutters, irrigation, smart systems and general upkeep. Customers on a plan get priority booking, reminders before things are due, and lower rates on callouts. You can also just phone us as and when something needs doing.
